I signed up with Vonage 4 months ago (7500 miles promo with Mileage Plus) and low and behold they never credited my MP account to date. I have tried contacting them for over 3 weeks about the missing mileage and NO ONE in their customer service dept. has a clue about it. They keep saying, "oh, you have to talk to United about that" or "oh, you have to call this Vonage customer service number, sales number, etc." but you just end up getting sent to the same place again.
Has anyone else had this problem with Vonage? Their customer service is horrible.
