If anyone was contacted that they have won and have not gotten their free 500 AA miles, as should have it is the right time to contact Kelloggs, as EPI seems too ignorant to respond..that way, the ball gets rolling...
I reamed out Kelloggs and EPI Inc for their forgetting myself. They; EPI had not forgotten to have emailed myself my "winning" email message on the 27th of last month. So, what goes around comes around...
Until, my 500 AA miles are posted, shall continue my reaming.lol Well, just have gotten my first response from the kelloggs online feedback form from their website.
There, had reamed Kelloggs for having not responding my inquiry from the 28th and reamed them for not having contacting EPI, as was requested on the 28th.
I did get my 1st positive response from Kelloggs that they are forwarding my email address to EPI. We shall see...
If all fails, i will ream some more till they can not locate a "cork" big enough to fill in that hole. lol
One thing did notice was my EPI sender email address was # 531111 and yours was 533281; which could relate to 2,170 error messages; simply based on the number of the email address?
Either way, shall await a email from EPI and get my 500 AA miles as yourselves have gotten as well...
Yes, I was a loser too...as per my response from Kelloggs today.. Now, shall see what occurs from EPI...
Got copies of all emails submitted to ensure my miles are given to myself..just in case.. And, sent a reaming email to EPI using mine and your email address to address my concerns as well..
Here is copy-paste of Kelloggs response from using their online feedback email format, since my time of the day to telephone them is not usual time for them to be around to talk, as i work the laste evening shifts.
