The "100 Criers"
Prize Drawing


OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

How To Enter:
Prize winners will be chosen by random drawing on the date the 100th issue of The FrequentFlier Crier is published. All subscribers whose e-mail addresses have been voluntarily entered ("opt-in") and appear in The FrequentFlier Crier subscriber database as of 6:00 p.m. PST on Thursday, June 29, 2000, ("current") are automatically entered in the "100 Criers" prize drawing.

This is an "opt-out" drawing. Any subscriber wishing NOT to be included in the drawing, for whatever reason, can send an e-mail to mailto:opt_out@frequentflier.com. Please include the e-mail address you're subscribed under in the body of the e-mail.

Limit one entry per person, household or e-mail address. Multiple entries submitted by a single entrant are void. Entries become the official property of FrequentFlier.com and will not be acknowledged or returned. FrequentFlier.com and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies and service providers are not responsible for incorrect, or inaccurate transcription of entry information including, but not limited to technical malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletions, line failures or any telephone network, computer equipment, software or late, lost, illegible, incomplete, deleted, stolen, mutilated, postage due or misdirected entries. FrequentFlier.com is not responsible for any virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond sponsor's control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or proper play or conduct of the sweepstakes. FrequentFlier.com reserves the right to cancel the promotion if it becomes technically corrupt.

Eligibility:
This sweepstakes is open to anyone with a valid e-mail address who can legally accept the prize randomly associated with his/her e-mail address. Employees of FrequentFlier.com and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or coordinating agencies, their suppliers/vendors and the immediate families of each of the above are not eligible to participate.

Prizes:
Prizes are as reflected on the FrequentFlier.com website at http://frequentflier.com/drawing.htm. Prizes have been donated by participating companies, and FrequentFlier.com assumes no liability for delivery or quality of prizes, which are the sole responsibility of the donating companies.

Terms and Conditions:
Drawing entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law. Taxes on any prize item are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Notification:
Prize winners will be notified by e-mail following the drawing on June 29. Any expenses related to accepting the prize which are not explicitly listed are the responsibility of the winner.

Prize winners must respond to the award notification within 7 days or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

No substitute or transfer of prizes permitted, except by sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prizes with equal or greater value. Winner agrees that the sponsor, their affiliates and their agencies and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded.

By entering this sweepstakes, winners consent to the use of their name, and/or photograph for promotional purposes, including on-line announcements without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of winner.

Restrictions:
By participating in the drawing, Participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.
