InterContinental Hotels’ summer bonus promotion may not be the most generous of the current crop of hotel offers, but it does have its merits.
Between May 1 and August 31, members of InterContinental Hotel Group’s Priority Club Rewards program can earn up to 10,000 bonus points for stays at InterContinental, Hotel Indigo, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites, and Candlewood Suites hotels as follows:
Registration is required.
Deal or No Deal
For stays at most IHG hotels, Priority Club members normally earn 10 points per $1. So a $150 one-night stay would net 1,500 points, and the 2,000-point bonus would more than double that. Three one-night stays, at $150 per night, would normally be worth 4,500 points. With the 10,000-point bonus, that would be more than tripled.
At least for multiple stays, the bonuses are pursuit-worthy.
Still, making a modest bonus available even to those who only log a single stay is a plus as well. Although Marriott’s current free-night offer, for example, is probably more lucrative, it requires two or more stays to qualify.
And a four-month promotion period makes the bonuses even more accessible.
Worth a look!
