Southwest has taken a solid frequent-flyer bonus and made it even better.
Offer Details
Between February 20 and May 15, members of Southwest’s Rapid Rewards program will earn double points and double tier-qualifying points for all credit-eligible Southwest flights.
The double points offer has been in place since February 4. What’s new are the double elite-qualifying points.
Registration is required.
Deal or No Deal
Double redeemable points. Good.
Double elite-qualifying points. Even better.
Applicable to all routes. Really good.
A three-month promotion period. Again, really good.
No limit on the number of points that may be earned. Great.
If you’re a Southwest partisan, this promotion is a solid opportunity to pad your Rapid Rewards account and get closer to elite status, especially if you’re flying on pricier tickets. If you’re on the fence about Southwest, the bonus points might just be enough to nudge you in their direction.
