Book a Car from Budget to Earn Up to 10,000 AAdvantage Miles

Of the myriad ways to earn frequent flyer miles, renting a car is among the least rewarding.

Most rental car companies have taken to offering a very modest payout — 50 miles per day, or one mile per $1 spent — and routinely doubling or tripling it on a limited-time promotional basis. Even including bonuses, the earnings are less than compelling.

Offer Details

Between August 6 and September 30, AAdvantage members can earn 1,000 miles per day on rentals of two or more days at participating airport locations in the U.S. and Canada. That’s 20 times the normal 50-miles-per-day earning rate.

The bonus may be earned for up to 10 days, for a total of 10,000 miles.

In addition, use BCD U072421 to save up to 30 percent on the rental rate.
